About CostaSeasons
CostaSeasons is an independent project created by a private apartment owner with a personal connection to Orihuela Costa and the surrounding Costa Blanca region.
I live mainly in Estonia, but my family and I regularly spend time in southeast Spain. Over time, we have come to appreciate the area as much more than a summer holiday destination.
We enjoy exploring the coast and nearby inland areas through hiking, cycling, water sports and other outdoor activities. We are also interested in the region’s towns, landscapes, local culture, food, traditions and everyday life.
Why CostaSeasons exists
CostaSeasons was created to collect and share practical information for people who are interested in experiencing the area at a slower pace.
The aim is to provide useful and approachable information about Orihuela Costa, Costa Blanca, nearby parts of the Region of Murcia and other destinations that may be relevant during a longer stay.
Sharing useful local information
The website includes guides to beaches, natural areas, hiking, outdoor activities, nearby towns and other subjects that may be useful before or during a longer stay.
Some content is based on our own experience, while other information is researched using official websites, tourism organisations, municipalities, transport providers and other relevant local sources.
Local conditions, opening hours, event schedules, access rules and services may change. Time-sensitive details should therefore be confirmed with the relevant official source.
A privately owned apartment
The apartment presented on CostaSeasons is our own privately owned apartment in Orihuela Costa.
When it is not being used by our family, it may occasionally be available for direct seasonal stays, generally lasting between one and four months.
These stays are intended for people looking for a temporary base in the area for a genuine temporary purpose, such as remote work, study, sport or training, relocation, or spending part of the colder season in a milder climate.
The apartment is not automatically bookable. Each inquiry is considered individually so that the intended stay, occupancy and expectations can be reviewed before anything is agreed.
Availability, pricing and rental terms are always confirmed separately in writing. Any agreed stay is governed by an individual seasonal rental agreement.
An independent and evolving project
CostaSeasons is not a travel agency or a large accommodation platform.
At present, the website mainly presents our own apartment together with useful information about the surrounding area.
The project is being developed gradually. New destination guides, practical information and articles may be added as we continue exploring the region and identify information that may genuinely help people planning a longer stay.
The aim is to create an honest and practical resource for people who value nature, active living, local culture and respectful longer-term stays.
